Return and refund policy
Custom Driveshafts: Due to the custom nature of driveshafts we do not accept returns. If there is an issue we will work with you to make things right. Typically if the customer has made a mistake in measurements we will provide the labor for the correction for free as long as the customer pays for the shipping both ways and any additional parts to correct the driveshaft. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers at our discretion.
Parts: Parts can be returned within 14 days of purchase in new condition. Buyer must pay return shipping. A restocking fee of 5% will applied when the refund is issued.
Refunds are unavailable for custom made driveshafts unless deemed a particular case by Full Torque Driveshafts Inc. We work to be fair with our customers, but this is at our complete discretion. No refunds will be given without our original products being returned. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or charge a restocking fee.
All "Parts" refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee. We reserve the right to waive this fee if we deem it appropriate.
